Terms of Service

SocialFully provides managed social-media planning, draft content, review support, and publishing support within the limits of your plan. The exact number, type, and platform coverage shown at checkout form part of your order.

SocialFully may use qualified employees, contractors, software, and artificial-intelligence tools to prepare work. A person reviews content before it is sent for customer approval. The customer must review the final content before approval or publication.

You must give accurate account information and keep access codes secure. You authorize SocialFully to use the social accounts, websites, files, and other systems that you connect or provide only to deliver the service.

Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Airtable, Cloudinary, and our white-label social publishing provider are third-party services. Their availability and separate terms can affect parts of the service. SocialFully does not control their independent systems.

You keep ownership of logos, photos, business information, and other materials that you supply. You give Adfully, LLC a limited, worldwide license to store, copy, adapt, and use those materials only to provide and support SocialFully.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for supplied material. Do not provide confidential, unlawful, infringing, or regulated personal information unless SocialFully has agreed in writing to handle it.

You are responsible for checking facts, prices, claims, spelling, regulatory requirements, and brand suitability. You must request corrections before approval. Approval means you authorize the content for the stated use.

SocialFully does not guarantee reach, engagement, followers, leads, sales, revenue, platform acceptance, or continuous availability.

Starter and Full Scale begin with an immediate monthly charge. Growth begins with a seven-day trial that requires a card. Its first post-trial charge is $97, and later monthly charges are $137, unless checkout shows a different approved offer.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period. You can cancel through the Stripe Billing Portal or by contacting support@socialfully.com. Plan changes require support in this release.

You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content. You must not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, misuse another customer’s information, or attempt unauthorized access to connected systems.

SocialFully may pause work or access for non-payment, unsafe instructions, misuse, legal risk, or a material breach. Either party may end the service as allowed by these Terms. Clauses that logically continue after termination will remain in effect.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. SocialFully is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses. To the extent allowed by law, total liability related to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for the service during the three months before the event that caused the claim.

Some laws do not allow every exclusion or limit. In that case, the applicable limit will apply only to the maximum extent the law permits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights still apply where they cannot legally be waived.

SocialFully may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new version and effective date. A purchase records the versions accepted at checkout.
