SocialFully by Adfully, LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-08-27 · Version 2026-08-27-sandbox
This Policy explains how Adfully, LLC, operating the SocialFully service, collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information. Contact privacy@socialfully.com for privacy questions or rights requests.
1. Information we collect
We collect account and contact data, checkout and subscription references, onboarding answers, uploaded brand files, social-profile links, approval activity, support messages, and technical security records. Stripe receives full card details. SocialFully does not store full card numbers.
We can also collect public business information from website pages that you identify during onboarding. The resulting facts are held for review before content generation starts.
2. Why we use it
We use information to create and secure your account, deliver the purchased service, prepare content, manage approvals and billing, send service messages, prevent misuse, comply with law, and improve reliability.
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the legal bases can include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in secure service operation, compliance with law, and consent where required.
3. Service providers
We disclose only the information needed to providers that support payment, hosting, authentication, email, internal QA, media delivery, and social publishing. The current provider categories and names appear in the Subprocessor List.
We can also disclose information when law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. International transfers
Our providers can process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, through the relevant provider agreements.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, legal duties, disputes, and legitimate business records. Raw onboarding files are stored in private storage. Access controls limit each customer to their own records. No security method can remove all risk.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Send requests to privacy@socialfully.com. We may verify your identity before acting.
European users can complain to their local data-protection authority. U.S. state rights apply where the relevant law covers the service. SocialFully does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising in this release.
7. Cookies and children
SocialFully uses essential session and security storage for login and account operation. A separate cookie notice and consent control will be added before any non-essential analytics or advertising cookie is enabled.
The service is for business customers and is not directed to children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information.
8. Changes
We can update this Policy as the service or law changes. The page will show the current version and effective date. Material changes will receive reasonable notice when required.
