Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel through the Stripe Billing Portal or by contacting support@socialfully.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active trial or paid billing period. You keep access through that date unless the service is suspended for misuse or legal risk.

Growth requires a card before the seven-day trial starts. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. The first paid month is $97 after the one-time $40 discount. Later monthly charges are $137.

Starter and Full Scale charge when checkout completes. They then renew monthly. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop the next charge.

Completed charges are not automatically refunded. Adfully, LLC reviews exceptions manually for duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or cases where law requires a refund. A request does not guarantee approval.

Send a request to support@socialfully.com with the account email, charge date, and reason. Do not include full card details.
